These terms govern your use of this website and the consultancy services provided by Switching Made Simple. By using the site you accept them.

Our service

We compare utility contracts available to your business through our supplier panel and present options for you to consider. We act on your instruction and do not sign contracts without your written agreement.

Prices quoted are indicative until accepted by the supplier, as market rates change frequently.

Fees and commission

There is no upfront charge for our comparison service. We are remunerated by a commission from the supplier you select, which is disclosed to you in writing before you enter into a contract.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your business, sites and existing contracts. Comparisons rely on that information being correct and current.

Liability

We take care to present accurate information but do not guarantee particular savings. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Complaints and governing law

If you are unhappy with our service, email enquiries@switchingmadesimple.co.uk and we will acknowledge your complaint within five working days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
