Where you authorise us with a Letter of Authority, we may also receive consumption and contract data from your existing suppliers.

We use your data to prepare comparisons, present supplier options, complete contracts on your instruction and provide ongoing account support.

We may contact you about renewals and market changes relevant to your contracts. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

Sharing your information

We share data with the suppliers you ask us to approach, and with service providers who help us operate our business under appropriate confidentiality terms. We do not sell your data.

Retention

We keep records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights
